You will learn the essential coaching skills, approaches, mindsets needed to facilitate powerful and transformative coaching conversations. You will engage with other student that bring their wisdom and experience to the training, and you'll work with several Surface to Soul coaching school instructors . Information about the Course
TRAINING SESSIONS
- Sessionsare held Mondays & Wednesdays (1:00-3:00pm Central) via Zoom.
- Session recordings may be accessed online for up to two weeks following the training date.
- With the exception of Practice Labs, presentation slides are posted online for all participants to view.
- Coaching Manual assignments should be submitted before the sixth learning session.
- Read and comment on blogs within 2 days of their assign dates.
- Email your instructor (s) if you will miss or be late for a class.
